General
★ i reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.
★ i reserve the right to use all commissioned works for personal/portfolio use and to advertise my work.
★ all my finished works will be watermarked
Payment
★ i accept payment through paypal.
★ i only accept payment fully upfront
★ once the sketch is done you may not request a refund. if for any reason i cant complete the commission i will let you know and refund you.
Process
★ i do not work with deadlines. that being said unless something comes up nothing should take any longer than a month
★ after being payed ill begin work on the commission!
★ when making the initial sketch, major changes can be made (I'm open for any feedback! this could be entirely changing up the pose and things like that)
★ once we've agreed on the sketch ill begin finishing it!
★ ill send updates as i work on it and there can be minor changes made (like small changes to the pose/expression, or changing up the colors) ill also update how its going at your request!
★ when its finished I'll first show you it to make sure everything is to your liking, I'll then post the finished work to my accounts in the following days/that day !
References/Customs
★ please provide an unshaded/minimally shaded fullbody image of the character(s) for reference.
★ feel free to provide any info on the character (Toyhouse page, story, personality, ect) that you feel will help, though this is not required!
★ for customs i require a written description and/or mood board
★ if you cant provide any of the above your commission will be denied.
★ if there's something you specifically want (like a specific pose, different outfit, ect) please provide an image for reference!
Usage
★ you may use your commission for an icon, header, ect. with proper credit by either @ing me (I'm @candiednova on all sites im on!) or linking back to this carrd.
